Vegan Diet Verses Meat Eating in Pregnancy

I believe that an alkaline, vegan diet to be healthiest for pregnancy, mum and baby. However, as most of the population still eat meat, many people would argue against this.

Dr Robert Young, author of the pH miracle, expert in the field of alkaline nutrition for nearly 30 years has written a great response to a meat eaters argument against a vegan diet in pregnancy.

Eating Alkaline Green Veggies During Pregnancy Prevents Type 1 Diabetes in Children

It is well known that obesity and diabetes are on the increase, even type 1 Diabetes which is found in children.
